Warranty

All products shipped by Evoluggage are guaranteed by warranty for a period of (30) days from the date the product is delivered. If your product becomes damaged or broken from normal use, as detailed in the owner’s manual, during this period, please notify Evoluggage at support@evoluggage.com. A representative will contact you to help determine the problem and suggest repair techniques, if possible.

Evoluggage may ship replacement parts to the customer if particular parts become broken or missing and are easily replaceable. If repair by the customer is not possible, Evoluggage will request the customer send the Scooter Backpack back to Evoluggage. Evoluggage will refund the original purchase shipping costs to cover this expense upon receipt of return. Evoluggage will then repair the product and return the product to the customer, or will notify the customer that a repair is not possible and offer a replacement product or a full refund.

Returns

Evoluggage is confident you will be very satisfied with your Scooter Backpack purchase. However, we also understand that there will be rare occasions when you may change your mind regarding your purchase and wish to return your order. In such a case, Evoluggage is pleased to offer a fourteen (14) day return policy on all Scooter Backpack products from the date the product is delivered, for a full refund, less shipping costs and applicable paypal fees. Returns must be shipped in original packaging and with the product unused. Returns received after fourteen (14) days of the ship date are subject to a 15% restocking fee. ALL RETURNS MUST BE UNUSED. Evoluggage is not responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a carrier with a tracking number, as Evoluggage is not responsible for lost returns. Once the return is received and its condition determined acceptable, refund of the purchase price (less shipping) will be credited via Paypal within 1-2 weeks.

If you receive a damaged or incomplete product please notify Evoluggage (support@evoluggage.com) within forty-eight (48) hours from receipt of delivery. Please do not send any return merchandise to us without our authorization.

All products displayed, sold, or otherwise disposed of by Evoluggage, LLC that bear the Evoluggage (tm) mark, are originally manufactured or substantially altered, in accordance with Lanham Act interpretations, by Evoluggage, LLC.

All other products displayed, sold, or otherwise disposed of by Evoluggage, LLC that are not marked with the Evoluggage (tm) mark, and optionally bear other trademarks or servicemarks, are not originally manufactured or substantially altered by Evoluggage, LLC. Evoluggage, LLC is not in any way affiliated with the holders of non-Evoluggage marks. Such products displayed, sold, or otherwise disposed of by Evoluggage, LLC are in their original condition as supplied by the original manufacturer to Evoluggage, LLC. All inquiries into features, defects, or warranties of such non-Evoluggage marked products should be directed to the original manufacturer as so marked.
